and bring balance into their lives. Urban Yoga classes and workshops
will leave you feeling less overwhelmed, help improve your focus and
concentration, increase your strength and flexibility and help you
to alleviate back and neck pain.

yoga classes:
Urban Yoga Chair/Office Yoga allows you to
remain in your work clothes and learn yoga that can be done while sitting
in a chair or standing. No experience necessary.
Urban Yoga Mat Classes allow you to do postures
on a yoga mat while wearing your exercise clothes. No experience necessary,
we teach to all levels.
Both classes may be scheduled from 8:00am to
7:00pm and vary in length from 45-90 minutes. Classes are most effective
when scheduled for a minimum of 10 weeks.

Urban Yoga offers stressed out professionals
how to relieve stress in the workplace through workshops tailored to
our clients occupations. These workshops teach meditation to quiet
the mind, yoga postures to increase strength and flexibility and breathing
exercises to reduce stress and anxiety.
These workshops are a great way to introduce
your colleagues to the benefits of practicing yoga. Learn poses that
you can do while sitting at your desk and while traveling. No previous
experience necessary.
